RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.


1. "Return Conditions"

- You can return items within "14 days" of receiving your order.
- Items must be "unused, unwashed, and in original packaging".
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Worn, damaged, or altered products


3. "How to Request a Return"

1. Email us at "support@rallyeon.com" with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to the provided address.

"Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect".


4. Refund Process

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within "5–10 business days".


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within "48 hours" of delivery with photos and details. We’ll resolve it quickly at no extra cost.
