At Rallyeon, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind the quality of each piece we offer. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, our return policy is here to support you — with clarity and care.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item, provided:
- The item is *unworn*, *unused*, and in *original condition*
- All *original tags* and *packaging* are intact
- The item is *not a final sale* or *customized*

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, accessories such as socks or insoles are non-returnable.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please:
1. Email our customer care team at *support@rallyeon.com* with your order number and reason for return.
2. Await approval and return instructions from our team.
3. Ship the item to the address provided (return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect).


3. Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved:
- A *full or partial refund* will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

- You will receive a confirmation email once processed


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives *damaged* or *not as described*, please contact us within *48 hours* of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- If the issue persists, email us at *support@rallyeon.com*
