Dropping as a women’s exclusive trainer the ASICS Gel-Kayano 14 Bright Lime Midnight Womens celebrates the futuristic runners made famous in the mid-2000s era. Utilising a bright lime colour, as the name suggests, for its mesh base is the perfect starting point for this design. Silver metallic panelling is then layered on top to create the signature almost sci-fi aesthetic. Accompanying this is some blacked-out detailing on the sock liner and insole that offers some much-needed contrast to the striking colours on display. Underneath, the exposed GEL on the outsole is dressed in the same Bright Lime hue and the patented GEL technology boasts impressive cushioning even today despite remaining faithful to its original 2008 construction.
