The Air Jordan 12 Retro Twist sneaker offers an altogether different silhouette than what Air Jordan collectors might be used to, but it brings an exciting new take in shades of classic white and pops of red. While at first glance, this sneaker may seem clean and minimalistic, the accents of black and red really add something special. The heel tab is bordered by bold black, and black and red combine to make the Jumpman logo on the heel an eye-catching addition. This is included with Michael Jordan’s jersey number 23 on the heel in red. The Jumpman tag is included subtly in red on the side of the Air Jordan 12 Retro Twist, adding a contrast of bright colour to the white premium leather. The Zoom Air cushioning that any sneaker fan will be accustomed to is included on the midsole and outsole for a chunkier, higher sneaker that doesn’t compromise on comfort.

Return Window: You have 14 days after delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, accessories (socks, insoles) and customized items are non-returnable.

How to start: Email contact@rallyeon.com with your order number to receive return instructions.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at the customer's expense (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Is the shipping free?

Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price. We use DHL express with 3 days delivery time.

When will I receive my item?

When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.

Can I change or return my item?

If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
